In a world where the actions of corporations reverberate globally, the concept of social responsibility rings loudly in our ears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re daunted by the prospect of making a significant impact on society individually, remember we\u2019re all part of a collective\u2014IFS\u2014a global community with shared values and aspirations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is our approach at IFS?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At IFS, our approach is manifold.&nbsp; If you\u2019re at a loss of where to start, and how to help, don\u2019t fret\u2026 but read on! Whether it\u2019s a charity run, a black-tie dinner for a cause, or volunteering at a soup kitchen, rolling up your sleeves is the best way to get involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"872\" height=\"493\" src=\"https:\/\/track.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3162\" srcset=\"https:\/\/track.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-5.png 872w, https:\/\/track.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-5-300x170.png 300w, https:\/\/track.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-5-768x434.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 872px) 100vw, 872px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Volunteering at the Soup Kitchen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recently, IFS went to the Helping Hands Community Project in Leamington Spa to cook dinner for the forty-so estimated guests who were in need of a hot meal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before we even started, we had an enlightening sit-down with our organizer, Jeff, who explained the concept of the kitchen and partnership with House to Home who focus on providing furnishings such as beds and sofas to people who are given a place to stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The focus, like with the kitchen, is on giving people a hand up rather than a simple hand out \u2013 to lift those people up to a place where they can thrive and move on from the darkness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One such success story is that of a lady who came to the charity after time spent in a rehabilitation unit to start an apprenticeship as a beautician. While we listened to their story, we were sat in the common room where the meals were served, and in the cozy and comforting environment, we could appreciate the importance of the \u201csafe place\u201d the charity provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All in all it was a fantastic opportunity to give something back to the local community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"869\" height=\"493\" src=\"https:\/\/track.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-6.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3163\" srcset=\"https:\/\/track.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-6.png 869w, https:\/\/track.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-6-300x170.png 300w, https:\/\/track.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-6-768x436.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 869px) 100vw, 869px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Volunteer in all sorts of ways\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If soup kitchens aren\u2019t up your street, there are countless other options. Why not\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Organize a charity skydive and face your fear of heights like Olivia Kline<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ifs.wistia.com\/medias\/u0jfdt5rvl?wtime=2s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">litter pick<\/a>&nbsp;like Verity and Michaela in Walton-upon Thames<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize a charity run like Cathie Hall and Stephen Keys who ran the Lakeland 50<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>At IFS, we offer each employee a CSR day per year to get involved with a cause they care about.
