    Norms and values are the agreed-upon rules and principles that guide your project team’s behavior, communication, and decision-making. They should answer the question: How do we work together as a team<\/a>? To establish norms and values, you can involve your team members in a discussion about their expectations, preferences, and concerns. Then, you can document and reinforce the norms and values that reflect your team’s culture and ethics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    By defining your project team’s vision, mission, goals, and norms, you can create a common framework that helps your team work effectively and efficiently towards a shared vision. You can also review and update this framework periodically to ensure that it aligns with your project’s changes and challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
